Chantelle Adjin-Tettey

I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as you begin your healing journey.

My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that honors each individual’s unique experiences. As a Registered Social Worker, I have experience supporting children, adolescents, individuals, and families navigating trauma, relationship challenges, workplace stress, burnout, parent-teen conflict, emotional overwhelm, and the impact of systemic and racial oppression.

I integrate evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, strengths-based practices, and interpersonal therapy—to help clients develop healthier thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build practical coping strategies for lasting change.

I look forward to supporting you as we explore, process, and rebuild the areas of your life where you desire healing, growth, and renewed balance.
