Brenda OseI-boadi

Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult, and my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel supported throughout your journey.

I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, self-esteem, neurodevelopmental conditions, and concurrent mental health and addiction concerns. I also have experience supporting individuals with substance use and behavioural addictions, including problem gambling, gaming, technology use, nicotine, and cannabis dependence.

My approach is collaborative, client-centred, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based therapies to help you better understand yourself, build effective coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe that healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect, and I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.
