At certain points in life, we find ourselves longing for clarity, connection, and a sense of inner steadiness—especially when faced with personal, relational, or professional challenges. In those moments, having a space that is both supportive and thoughtfully guided can be deeply transformative. I offer a calm, compassionate, and confidential environment where you can explore your experiences with insight, intention, and care.

As a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I bring years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional and relational concerns. My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed and client-centered framework, honouring each person’s unique story, cultural context, and lived experience.

I provide individual therapy, couple therapy, and career guidance, working with diverse populations including young adults, families, and newcomers to Canada such as immigrants and refugees. I have a particular focus on supporting individuals navigating identity and life transitions, as well as couples seeking to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.

My approach is collaborative, structured, and insight-oriented. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy—tailoring each session to align with your goals and needs while fostering meaningful, sustainable change.

I believe that resilience is not something to be created, but something to be rediscovered. My role is to walk alongside you as you gain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, balanced, and aligned with your values.

At the heart of my work is a strong therapeutic relationship—one built on trust, respect, and genuine presence. I strive to ensure you feel heard, understood, and supported at every stage of your journey.
