Life can become overwhelming in ways that are difficult to navigate alone. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, trauma, grief, behavioural concerns, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, therapy offers a space to pause, gain insight, and move forward with greater confidence.
As a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I have experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families across mental health, behavioural, healthcare, and community settings in Canada and internationally. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice.
I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Every person brings a unique story, strengths, and experiences, which is why I tailor treatment to your goals, values, and cultural background. Using an integrative approach, I help clients build practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I have a particular interest in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, grief, neurodevelopmental differences, caregiver stress, and life transitions. I am also passionate about supporting newcomers and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds as they navigate identity, adjustment, and belonging.
Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Tamil, I strive to create an inclusive and culturally responsive environment where clients feel respected, understood, and safe bringing their authentic selves into therapy. I value working collaboratively, recognizing that every person’s story, strengths, and goals are unique.
Therapy is not about having all the answers—it’s about creating the space to better understand yourself, build resilience, and move toward the life you want to create. My role is to support, guide, and empower you throughout that journey with compassion, clinical expertise, and evidence-based care. Together, we can work toward lasting change, improved well-being, and a greater sense of balance and fulfillment.
